Professional positioning support

We are pleased to include a custom installation jig specifically designed to aid the professional in the correct positioning of your Crescendo graded sensor array system under the bridge plate.

Your Crescendo "Graded Sensor Array" pickup system was produced with care and thoroughly tested for proper function prior to shipment.

We strongly recommend that you have this system installed by an experienced luthier or technician very familiar with the installation of these systems. Crescendo Pickups will not be responsible for damage, loss of performance, or malfunction due to improper installation.

Warranty

12 months for the original owner

Your Crescendo Pickup is warranted for a period of 12 months from initial purchase by the original owner. The warranty covers material defects only and does not include failure or malfunctions caused by improper installation, modifications, nor abuse.

To obtain warranty coverage, please contact us by email to obtain a return authorization number. We will require your name, date of purchase, and serial number. Purchaser will pay shipping of the defective pickup back to Crescendo Pickups. Warranty is limited to replacement and shipping paid by Crescendo Pickups following receipt of the defective pickup.
